An Osprey Point home in Beverly Beach topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 10-14. Marquette Rende, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2556 Oceanshore Blvd. to Christopher and Carolyn Casper, of Flagler Beach, for $488,400. Built by the seller in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,278 square feet of living area.

Ocean Beach Club
Marian Youngblood, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 218 of Ocean Beach Condominium, 3500 Oceanshore Blvd. S., to Peter and Pamela Pasinsky, of Finleyville, Pa., for $127,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,201 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $75,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Fairchild Oaks
Michael and Beverly Flanagan, of Atlantic Beach, sold the home at 10 Hickory Lane to William and Kimberly Boyd, of Flagler Beach for $299,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,204 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $495,000.

Hammock Beach
Matthew Burry, of Orlando, sold condominium Unit 698, The Hammock Beach Club, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Julian and Jennifer Kassner, of Longwood, for $285,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,200,000.

Philip and Janet Sgamma, of Windermere, sold condominium Unit 1032, The Villas at Hammock Beach, 45 Ocean Crest Way, to Declan and Dorothy Doogan, of Stonington, Conn., for $285,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $775,000.

Richard and JoAn Steele, of Fayetteville, Ga., sold the home at 10 Eagle Crest Path to Amber Corpion, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $97,000.

Grand Haven
Alan and Rorye Keith, of The Villages, sold the home at 5 Osprey Circle to James Belcastro, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,543 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $370,900.

Richard Wales, of Evergreen, Colo., sold the home at 12 Players Circle to Jesse and Kristian Thorpe, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,813 square feet of living area.

Donald Tobin Jr. and Shirley Tobin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Players Circle to Vinton McClellan and Laurie Gogolen, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built by the sellers in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,425 square feet of living area.

Preston and Marion Poole, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 108 Burroughs Drive to Robert and Donna Reichle, of Pittsboro, N.C., for $87,300. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $81,200.

Naum Temchin and Anna Temchina, of Manalapan, N.J., sold the home at 21 Bennett Lane to Dmitriy Zalesskiy, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,506 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $245.000.

Khrystina Keniz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Ripplewood Lane to Denver and Linda Messer, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,187 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $141,500.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 32 Robinson Drive to Charles Wayant, of Palm Coast, for $87,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,451 square feet of living area.

Marielaina Lewis, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 4 Ruth Drive to Marat and Olga Bernshtein, of West Hartford, Conn., for $120,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $135,900.
