Zaxby's submits site plan for Palm Coast construction

Of 104 permits issued last week, three marked new business occupancy.

A total of 104 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, May 17, and Wednesday, May 23.

Three occupancy orders were issued, to Pao Gostoso Bakery (located at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way), Mattress Firm (at 260 Cypress Edge Drive) and Shelton Veterinary Clinic (2 Pine Lakes Parkway).

A $150,000 commercial certificate permit was also issued to Dimare Construction, for a modular classroom building at Christ the King Lutheran Church, at 5625 US 1.

No Commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

Zaxby’s Restaurant submitted a technical site plan application for construction in the Cobblestone Village.

The largest renovation permit was the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $333,000 single-family residence at 8 Sand Pine Drive. The largest renovation permit of the week went to A Certified Screen, for $13,745 alterations to 8 Erickson Place.
