Cafe, clinic and cash-advance firm claim city occupancy

Of 127 permits issued last week, three marked new business occupancy.

A total of 127 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, May 10, and Wednesday, May 16.

Three occupancy orders were issued, to Caveman Café (located at 250 Old Kings Road), Genesis WHC medical office (5 Boulder Rock Drive) and Advance America Cash Advance Center of Florida (800 Belle Terre Parkway).

A $150,000 commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to Rykscon Construction, for an equipment building at the Indian Trails Sports Complex, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

A $350,000 commercial permit was finalized, as well, for a feed storage facility, a bell barn, a mule barn and two workers’ houses, at the Florida Agricultural Museum, at 7900 Old Kings Road.

The largest renovation permit was the week was issued to New Coastal Homes, for a $335,000 single-family residence at 9 Egan Drive. The largest renovation permit of the week went to Randall’s Construction, for $120,000 alterations to 11 Crossleaf Court W.
