Agricultural Museum submits for $350,000 additions

A total of 136 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, May 3, and Wednesday, May 9.

The largest of the week was a $350,000 commercial permit application, submitted by Cline Construction, for a feed store, bell barn, mule barn and two worker’s houses at the Florida Agricultural Museum, at 7900 Old Kings Road.

A $10,000 commercial permit was issued to Gold Coast Home Builders, for interior renovations to Florida Gold Exchange, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway. A $2,300 permit was also issued to Charles Burgan LLC, for interior renovations to Scruffy Murphy’s, at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway.

In occupancy, D’s Café, at 21 Hospital Drive, and Divine Treasures Resale Boutique, at 5 Utility Drive, were issued orders.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Town and Country Homes, for a $65,000 addition to 19 Lakeside Place.
