For the second week in a row, an Island Estates home on the Intracoastal Waterway topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 16 to April 20. Robert and Mary English, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 86 Island Estates Parkway to Norman Johnson and Donna Johnson, of Huntersville, N.C., for $1.25 million. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a dock, a boathouse and 6,136 square feet of living area.

Jerald Shockey, of Fayetteville, Ga., sold Unit 204 of the Ocean Beach Condominium Club I Complex to William Bailey and Barbara Bailey, of Hampden, Mass., for $117,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,201 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $130,000.

Eleanor Hayesmore, of Ocala, sold Unit 724 of Surf Club II Condominium to John and Ruth La Sala, of Lords Valley, Pa., for $250,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $355,500.
