+ Micha Kiel, Cheryl Stone named top realty agents
Weichert, Realtors — Hallmark Properties, at 9 Harbor Center Drive, has announced Micha Kiel, as its top listing agent, top sales agent, agent with top number of closings and agent with top closed volume for April. He had also won top listing agent in January.

Cheryl Stone was named top listing agent for March. Also in March, Bill Halsey was top sales agent with the most closings, and Herb Whitaker earned top closed volume.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city from April 26 through May 2:
Total number of all permits issued: 130. 

Commercial permit applications submitted:
• A $150,000 permit was issued to TDS Construction, for lighting, restroom and façade renovations to the Bealls department store, at 9 Old Kings Road.

Commercial permits issued:
• A $390,000 permit was issued to Richard Reubel General Contractors, for interior alterations to Flagler Dental, at 98 Flagler Plaza Drive.
• A $150,000 permit was issued to Great Dane Petroleum, for interior renovations to the 7-Eleven convenient store, at 220 Palm Coast Parkway.
• A $10,000 permit was issued to Skyway Builders, for two storage facilities, at 51 Marlin Drive, in Grand Haven.
• A $500 permit was issued to Town & Country Homes, for interior renovations to Massimo’s Italian Deli Market, at 230 St. Joe Plaza.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Your Xterminators Service was issued an occupancy permit at 5 Utility Drive.

Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
• A $42,800 permit was issued to AM Weigel Construction, for a pavilion at the Indian Trails Sports Complex, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• A $485,000 permit was issued to Intervest Homes, for a single-family residence at 122 Willow Oak Way.
• A $373,000 permit was issued to Skyway Builders, for a single-family residence at 23 Blue Oak Lane.
• A $325,000 permit was issued to Applied Building Development/Orlando, for a single-family residence at 48 New Water Oak Drive.
• A $280,000 permit was issued to Maronda Homes, for a single-family residence at 20 Regina Lane.
• A $261,000 permit was issued to Paytas Homes, for a single-
family residence at 176 Arena Lake Drive.
• A $229,000 permit was issued to Keystone Homes, for a single-family residence at 10 White Star Drive.
• A $200,000 permit was issued to Maronda Homes, for a single-family residence at 53 Seattle Trail.
• A $9,500 permit was issued to A Certified Screen, for an addition to 17 Pillory Lane.

• A $3,850 permit was issued to Aluminum Creates, for an addition to 18 Biltwell Place.
