Bealls readies for renovation; Indian Trails gets pavilion

A total of 130 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, April 26, and Wednesday, May 2.

A $150,000 commercial permit was issued to 7-Eleven, at 220 Palm Coast Parkway, for interior renovations. Renovation permits were also issued to Flagler Dental, at 98 Flagler Plaza Drive, for $390,000; Massimo’s Italian Deli Market, at 230 St. Joe Plaza, for $500; and Skyway Builders, for two storage facilities at 51 Marlin Drive, in Grand Haven, for $10,000.

A $42,800 commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to AM Weigel Construction, for a new pavilion at the Indian Trails Sports Complex, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

In applications, a $150,000 commercial permit application was submitted by TDS Construction, for lighting, restroom and façade renovations to the Bealls department store, at 9 Old Kings Road.

On occupancy permit was issued, to Your Xterminators Service, at 5 Utility Drive.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Intervest Homes, for a $485,000 single-family residence at 122 Willow Oak Way. The largest renovation permit was issued to A Certified Screen, for a $9,500 addition to 17 Pillory Lane.
