A total of 169 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Wednesday, March 7, and Wednesday, March 14.

Five occupancy permits were issued, to Flagler Spirits (located at 15 Hargrove Grade); Greensure Landscaping Solutions (at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway); Atlas Behavioral Health (50 Leanni Way); Azura 7 Salon & Spa (4 Office Park Drive); and Hot Yoga Lounge (at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway).

The AT&T Store on 5180 State Road 100 claimed commercial occupancy for further interior renovations, as well.

A $546,553 commercial permit was also issued to Masci Corp., for a multi-use path in Ralph Carter Park, on Rymfire Drive. A $408,325 permit was issued to Veritas Construction, to reconstruct a weir at the southwest corner of Royal Palms Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway. A $20,000 permit was issued to Seapeck Co. Inc., for a coquina rock revetment in the Village at Palm Coast at 26 Longview Way. And a $5,000 permit was issued to Stephen Kenny & Assoc., for interior alterations to 10th Voyage Studios at 3 Market Place.

Verdego Inc was issued two permits, too, one for $2,300 and another for $2,100, for a walkway and patio at 150 Willow Oak Way and a walkway at 2 Village View Way, respectively.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Paytas Homes, for a $212,000 single-family residence at 152 Arena Lake Drive. The largest renovation permit was issued to Imperial Construction, for $13,000 alterations to 81 Weymouth Lane.
