Todd Cantanno, son of Sharon and Frank Cantanno, of Palm Coast, recently got engaged to Harmony Henry, daughter of Beverly and Steve Henry, of Destin.

Cantanno is a graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School and the University of Central Florida. He currently works with his father and brother running Arbor Medical Staffing and TravelMed USA.

Henry is a graduate of Niceville High School. She works at the Hammock Beach Resort as its yacht catering sales manager and is the president of the Flagler County Young Professionals Group. Henry graduated from Florida State University with two business degrees: one in entrepreneurship and small business management, and the other in finance.

Cantanno proposed while the couple was cruising the Caribbean on the Allure of the Seas.

He said hiding the ring the first couple days into the cruise and thinking about the right moment to ask his love was definitely harder than he thought it would be.

“You don’t realize how nervous you get a couple hours prior and leading up to the exact moment you pop the big question,” he said.

The future bride said she was completely surprised when Cantanno showed her the ring.

The couple plans to be married May 2013, in St. Augustine.
