Palm Coast permits for drainage, roadwork on Belle Terre

A total of 118 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, March 1, and Wednesday, March 7.

Three occupancy permits were issued, to Massimo’s Italian Deli (located at 1230 St. Joe Plaza Drive); Alanis Creations, a specialty retail shop (at 389 Palm Coast Parkway); and Consulting, a business conference center (50 Leanni Way).

JMJ Tobacco also claimed commercial occupancy at 800 Belle Terre Parkway.

A $250,000 and a $150,000 site development permit was issued to the city of Palm Coast, for underground stormwater and a roadway extension, and drainage and sidewalks, respectively, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway and 1250 Belle Terre Parkway A $1,800 commercial permit was issued to 3D Contracting, for interior alterations at Best Mattress Buys, at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway, as well.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Encore Contracting, for a $25,700 addition to 15 Pelican Court.
