Palm Coast tallies six new home builds, up to $.5 million

A total of 130 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Feb. 23 and Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Three occupancy permits were issued, to Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate (located at 31 Lupi Court), RHS Mechanical Inc. (15 Hargrove Grade) and Waterstone Mortgage Corp. (1 Florida Park Drive).

A $325,000 commercial permit was also issued to WR Construction, to begin building the House of Worship at 1970 Old Kings Road.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

Residentially, though, Palm Coast had a big week. Six new-home builds were permitted, the largest of which coming from Bellagio Custom Homes, at $497,000, at 28 N. Waterview Drive.

SeaGate Homes was issued four new-home permits, as well, for $353,000 at 8 Eastmoor Lane, $270,000 at 12 Langdon Drive, $237,000 at 26 Peppercorn Lane and $231,000 at 14 Langdon Drive. A $183,000 permit was also issued to Paytas Homes, for a single-family residence at 166 Arena Lake.

The largest renovation permit was issued to U.S. Aluminum, for an addition to 9 Piermount Lane.
