An Ocean Towers condo at Hammock Beach topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of May 28 to June 1. Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 681-G at Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach to Robert Sproule, of Atlanta, for $500,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
L. Newkirk Jr. and Otelia Newkirk, of Jacksonville, sold Unit 221 of Surf Club III Condominium to Kevin and Carolyn Brooks, of Belle Isles, for $276,700. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $364,800.

Armand Beach
Roy and Aleasha Bresloff, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Sycamore Terrace to Peter and Paula Jeffery, of Epping, N.D., for $249,200. Built by the seller in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,142 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Tracy Aherron, of Ocala, sold condominium Unit 831 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock to Stephen and Janice Baldi, of Melrose, Mass., for $395,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $700,000.

Sea Colony
ML James LLC, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 7 Avalon Lane to Rico Caballero, of Palm Coast, for $172,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $165,000.

Martin and Jackie Collins, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Bedford Drive to Donald and Barbara Shipman, of Cashiers, N.C., for $190,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,386 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $201,000.

Aurora Loan Services sold the home at 4 E. Bourne Lane to Carlton Abbott, of Cumming, Ga., for $153,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $300,000.
