A total of 84 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, May 24, and Wednesday, May 30.

Two commercial permits, totaling more than $2 million, were issued. TDS Construction Inc. was issued a $150,000 permit for interior alterations to Bealls Department Store, at 9 Old Kings Road. The second permit was issued to Stirling Construction, for $2 million alterations to Palm Coast Dental Care, at 85 Cypress Point Parkway.

The dental office also applied for a $5,000 commercial permit for alterations

No occupancy or commercial certificates of occupancy permits were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Paytas Homes, for a $347,000 single-family residence, at 158 Arena Lake Drive. The largest renovation permit went to Budd Severino Advanced Home, for a $4,424 addition to 24 Riddle Drive.
