A home in Flagler Beach tops the list of all Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of May 7 to May 11.
Jack McConnell, of Tecumseh, Mich., sold the home at 1909 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Manuel and Annette Levine, of Boca Raton, for $325,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,366 square feet of living area. It sold for $135,000 in 1999.

Anthony and Elizabeth Miller, of Carmel, Ind., sold Unit 1704 at 11 Ave. De La Mer to Kevin and Patricia Behrns, of Gainesville, for $295,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2001.

Grand Haven
Nataliya and Mykola Udych sold the home at 20 Sandpiper Court to Matthias Weber for $199,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,285 square feet of living area.
Veronika Irina, of Moscow, sold the home at 33 St. Andrews Court to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,630 square feet of living area.

Charon Parker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 San Jose Drive to Gordon and Virginia Pritz, of Powder Springs, Ga., for $227,200. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet of living area. It sold for $180,000 in 2001.

Joao and Idalete Ventura, Marie Martins, and Sebastiao Martina, all of Palm Coast, sold the home at 73 Radcliffe Drive to Robert and Vickie Krueger, of Sturgeon Way, Wis., for $92,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,705 square feet of living area. It sold for $148,900 in 2004.
Nicholas and Delores Esposito, of Southhampton, Pa., sold the home at 100 Raintree Circle to Christopher and Marie-Christine Milnes, of Palm Coast, for $172,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet of living area. It sold for $288,700 in 2006.
Barbara Meadows, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 River End Place to Janice McNaughton, of Kilgore, Texas, for $83,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It sold for $120,000 in 2003.
Shaun Peskor, of Edgewater, sold the home at 45 Rolling Sands Drive to Rosina Coviello, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet of living area. It sold for $175,000 in 2007.
