Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 861-E in Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Jeffrey and Leslie Barker, of Tampa, for $685,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Josef Toperzer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2257 Daytona Ave. S. to Frank Hardt, of Flagler Beach, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area.

David and Lissa McKaig, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 318 11th St. N. to Philip and Heidi McNeely, of Phoenix, for $250,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a dock, a boat house and 2,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $476,000.
