An eighth-floor Hammock Beach condo with golf and ocean views topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 2 to July 6. Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 861-E in Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Jeffrey and Leslie Barker, of Tampa, for $685,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Mobbs
Josef Toperzer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2257 Daytona Ave. S. to Frank Hardt, of Flagler Beach, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area.

Palma Vista
David and Lissa McKaig, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 318 11th St. N. to Philip and Heidi McNeely, of Phoenix, for $250,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a dock, a boat house and 2,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $476,000.

Aracelis and Dario De Jesus, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 366 Oak Ridge Road to Allan Hooper, of Flagler Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

Joseph and Marilyn Goller, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 62 Sea Vista Drive to Martha Rider, of Palm Coast for $495,000. Built by the seller in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,987 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $252,300.
