An Intracoastal Waterway home in Grand Haven topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 11 to June 15. Kenneth and Amelia Harris, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold the home at 49 Front St. to James and Denise Gallo and Dolores Gallo, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,497 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $535,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Aliki
Joseph Boccia, of Palisades Park, N.J., sold the townhouse at 1408 Central Ave. N. to Kennith Fussell and Jennifer Gates Flournoy, of Hinesville, Ga., for $172,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $82,000.

THE HAMMOCK
Hammock Beach
Manuel Assena, of Kearney, N.J., sold condominium Unit 511, Phase 10 of The Villas at Hammock Beach to Claude Burgess III and Catherine Burgess, of Suwanee, Ga., for $240,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $586,300.

PALM COAST
Bella Harbor
Fannie Mae sold Unit 3-1A of Bella Harbor Condominium to Douglas Phelps and Nancy Ellis, of Greenville, S.C., for $105,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $380,000.

Belle Terre
Yelena Lumelskaya, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 32 Perkins Lane to Larry Powell and Daryl Rauscher, of Bunnell, for $75,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for 185,500.

Isaac Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 79 Presidential Lane to Brishen Minns-Currier, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet of living area. It sold in January 2012 for $69,000.

Cypress Knoll
Aurora Loan Services sold the home at 8 Eastwood Drive to David King, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,383 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $197,000.

Craig and Geraldine Gorsuch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Esperanto Drive to Joseph and Sharon Chisholm, of Indian Land, S.C., for $149,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,082 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $258,000.

Grand Haven
James and Cynthia Foote, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 17 Marshview Lane to Igor and Yeva Reznik, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $240,000. Built by the sellers in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,039 square feet of living area.

James and Jane Bowser, of Roseville, Minn., sold the home at 6 Osprey Circle to Cody and Karen Shay, of Shannon City, Iowa, for $415,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $626,500.

Erline Lotz and Jennifer Lotz, of Stanford, Ky., sold the home at 116 Beechwood Lane to Kip Pierce, of Palm Coast, for $50,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,009 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $100,000.

Robert and Rebecca Lambright, of Macclenny, sold the home at 6 Bidding Place to Corey Banks, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $295,000.

Lehigh Woods
Edilberto and Madelsa Casinillo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Riviera Estates Drive to Yefim Mednikov, of Palm Coast, for $88,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $201,400.

Jacqueline Steiding, of Roxbury, Mass., sold the home at 29 Royal Leaf Lane to Sam Scarbough, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,852 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Freddie Mac sold the home at 14 Lamoyne Lane to Joan Smith, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,596 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $222,000.

Palm Coast Resort
Principal Lenders Group Inc. sold Unit 210 of Palm Coast Resort Condominium to Darrell Irions, of Tampa, for $235,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,005 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Bruce and Cheryl Lampe, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 17 Casper Drive to Edward Blanford Sr. and Kristen Blanford, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet of living area.

William and Judith Sayle, of Nantucket, Mass., sold the home at 117 Cimmaron Drive to Zhigang and Xiachua Liu, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 1,697 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
HSBC Mortgage Services sold the home at 280 Parkview Drive to Michael Pietrosante and Diane Pietrosante, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 11 Pat Place to Gregory Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $81,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $100,500.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Pine Crest Lane to William and Sandra Arndt, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It was sold at a foreclosure auction in April 2012 for $69,000.

Pine Lakes
Rainer and Julie Martens, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 231 Westhampton Drive to Vincent Colant and Shirley Laparo-Colant, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,671 square feet of living area. It sold in 1997 for $121,000.

Keith McNeil and Michael Lumbra, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Wynnfield Drive to Donald Stevens, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,094 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $243,000.

Quail Hollow
Bank of America sold the home at 10 Katrina Court to LCL Services LLC, Linda Seeley and Ann LaCute, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $79,900.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 9 Zonal Geranium Court to Linda Norberg, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,256 square feet of living area. It sold at a foreclosure auction in April 2012 for $74,100.

Seminole Woods
Maronda Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 4 Sea Star Court to William and Felecia Harris, of Palm Coast, for $166,500. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet of living area.
