Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPA Firm has announced its new name and affiliation with Keyes, Stange & Wooten Wealth Management, an investment and financial planning firm.

Owned by Gerald Keyes, Howard Stange and Marc Wooten, the company is backed by a combined 77 years of financial experience. They work with individuals and companies to develop financial plans specializing in retirement and wealth-transfer strategies.

+ Hilton Garden Inn wins three awards for excellence
The Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast/Town Center recently won three awards from Hilton Worldwide, including two for its managerial staff, for excellence in 2011.

The hotel, at 55 Town Center Blvd., earned a Success Award for ranking in the top 5% of Hilton’s 524 properties worldwide. Its general manager, Tom Grimes, was also named General Manager of the Year. And Janice Nickol, sales director, was named Director of Sales of the Year for the company’s southern region.

+ Jodi LoDolce named new hospital emergency director; Karaffa new neurologist
Florida Hospital Flagler has hired Jodi LoDolce to serve as its new Emergency Department director. A registered nurse with 23 years of experience, LoDolce has been with Florida Hospital since 2007.

A Port Orange resident, she is also currently pursuing a master’s of science degree in nursing at the University of Central Florida.

The hospital also hired neurologist David Karaffa to its Flagler medical staff. He is experienced in treating seizure disorders, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, strokes, migraine, back pain, neuropathy and more.

+ Intracoastal Bank earns ‘superior’ for first quarter
Bauer Financial Inc. announced at the beginning of the month that Intracoastal Bank has earned a five-star “superior” rating for its first quarter, which ended March 31.

The 5 stars is the highest rating designated by Bauer, which has been reporting on the health of banks and credit unions since 1983.

+ Watson names top producers
The corporate office of Watson Realty Corp. recently announced its top producers for May, highlighting two winners from Palm Coast.

Jeanne Seybold was named the company’s Rookie of the Month, for its north central region. Kathy and Dan Green and Janet Salam-Stoughton were also named for top sales in Palm Coast.

• Interior alterations (demo walls in units 2003 to 2004) will be done by Whitley Builders LLC at 4877 Palm Coast Parkway N.W. for $2,300.
