A total of 115 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Jan. 19 and Wednesday, Jan. 25.

Four occupancy permits were issued, to CPA & Accounting (located at 10 Florida Park Drive); Circles of Care Community Projects (19 Old Kings Road); Corporate Cakes (10 Florida Park Drive); and Kingdom Care — Assisted Living Facility (54 Riviere Lane).

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

A $230,000 permit was issued to CB Bovenkamp, for an interior build-out in the ATT building, at 5180 State Road 100. A $184,000 permit was issued to SE Cline Construction, for a sidewalk on U.S. 1. A $2,500 permit was issued to Corgan Enterprises for parking lot repairs to 6 Florida Park Drive.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $388,000 single-family residence at 28 N. Waterview Drive. The largest renovation permit went to White Aluminum, for $9,000 addition to 70 Pheasant Drive.
