A total of 94 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Jan. 12 and Wednesday, Jan. 18.

Three occupancy permits were issued, two to State Farm Insurance, at 4982 and 1475 Palm Coast Parkway, and one to Phoenix Integrated Technologies/Training, at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

A $228,000 commercial permit was issued to Vanacore Construction, for site development and a church addition at 5500 Belle Terre Parkway. A $25,000 commercial permit was also issued to Verdego Incorporated, for a paver walkway at 123 Front St., in Grand Haven.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $240,000 single-family residence at 8 Bowman Place. The largest renovation permit went to David Dixon Custom Homes, for $20,000 worth of alterations to 13 Chelsea Court.
