New clinic, tattoo parlor claim city occupancy

A total of 136 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Jan. 4 and Wednesday, Jan. 11.

One occupancy permit was issued, to Asian Armor Tattoo Company, at 222 St. Joe Plaza Dr.

A $230,000 commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to ML Underwood Construction, for Metropolitan Partners Clinic at Bunnell, at 21 Hospital Drive.

Several commercial permits were issued, as well, including one for $402,000 to SE Cline Construction, for site development and a retention pond at Palm Coast Methodist Church (located at 6595 Belle Terre Parkway); another for $125,000 to Cline Construction, for a sidewalk along Belle Terre Parkway and State Road 100; and two totaling $306,800 to AM Weigel, for a maintenance building at Indian Trails Middle School and a pavilion at its adjoining sports complex.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $426,000 single-family residence at 10 Sergeant Court. The biggest renovation permit went to Roman Building Contractors, for $10,500 worth of alterations to 199 Birchwood Drive.
