Two Pizza Huts claim Palm Coast occupancy

A total of 136 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Feb. 9 and Wednesday, Feb. 15.

Four occupancy permits were issued, to a Daytona Beach News-Journal satellite office (located at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway); Escalante Grand Haven — golf course and clubhouse (500 Riverfront Drive); and two Pizza Huts (1475 Palm Coast Parkway and 5290 E. State Road 100).

A $2,300 commercial permit was also issued to Caprock LLC, for Farley’s Bar, at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Lancia Custom Homes, for a $261,000 single-family residence at 20 Cedarford Court. The largest renovation permit was issued to Mike Walker Construction, for a $13,000 addition to 15 Kalverton Court.
