+ Austin Outdoor acquires Cornerstone Solutions Group
Commercial landscape firm Austin Outdoor has acquired the landscape management division of Cornerstone Solutions Group.
Cornerstone Solutions Group has locations in Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando and Jacksonville.
+ Intracoastal Bank shows record increases in 2011
Intracoastal Bank has announced its financial results for 2011, showing record increases across the board.
Its net income for 2011 amounted to a record $1,470,759, compared with $1,196,243 for 2010, a 23% increase.
Total assets were measured at $155 million, up $41.9 million, or 37%.
Total loans were up 23%. Total deposits were up 39%.
“The company’s results exceeded … expectations,” said Bruce Page, bank president. “According to … the Federal Deposits Insurance Corp., Intracoastal had the fastest percentage growth of any bank in the Northeast and East Central Florida region during the year ending June 30, 2011.”

The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce & Affiliates held a ribbon-cutting Jan. 24, at 14 Office Park Drive in Palm Coast, for AmeriCare Home Health.
