Housing report: four new builds permitted

A total of 134 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, April 5, and Wednesday, April 11

Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued, for Panera Bread, at 5880 State Road 100, and Dynasty Buffet Restaurant, at 10 Palm Harbor Village Way.

The city also reported four new home construction projects. The most expensive build, a $333,000 Seagate Home residence, was permitted at 6 Clementina Court. The others are as follows: A $296,000 Applied Building Development home at 30 New Leatherwood Drive, a $270,000 Seagate home at 46 Piedmont Drive and a $224,000 Vanacore Cosntruction home at 1 Bud Field Drive.

The largest renovation permit of the week was issued to Encompass Aluminum, for a $5,7000 addition to 8 Waterside Parkway.
