A total of 142 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, March 29, and Wednesday, April 4.

Commercial permits were issued to Verdego Inc., for $7,500 paver walkways at 123 Front Street and along Montague Street in Grand Haven. A $3,200 permit was also issued to S.E. Cline Construction, for handrails at the Grand Haven common area, at 22 Marlin Drive.

Five occupancy permits were issued, to Magic Shoe Repair (located at 55 Plaza Drive); MH Tender Care II assisted-living facility (at 9 Ponderosa Lane); Mortgage Lending— Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. (50 Leanni Way); Primerica (1 Hargrove Grade); and Florida Gold Exchange (381 Palm Coast Parkway).

A $10,000 commercial certificate of occupancy was issued to Grace’s Place Bagels, as well, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway. Two others were issued to Applied Building Development, for $3,000 at 26 Water Oak Drive, and Best Mattress Buys, for $1,800 at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway, respectively.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $286,000 single-family residence at 13 Native Oak Court. The largest renovation permit was issued to Intervest Consulting Services, for a $60,000 addition to 13 Sand Pine Drive.
