Island Estates home sells for $690,000

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 29 to Sept. 2. Donald and Eileen Swanson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 Island Estates Parkway to David and Mary Betsill, of Westlake, Ohio, for $690,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 3,914 square feet of living area. It sold for $852,500 in 2002.

FLAGLER BEACH
George Moody
Thomas Walsh, Ann Kinkead, Joan McElkinney, James Walsh, and Gerald Walsh, all of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 300 Fourth St. N. to Eva Mowry, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1.248 square feet of living area. It sold for $30,000 in 1979.

Karl and Colleen Wichman, of Middle Island, N.Y., sold the home at 812 Central Ave. S. to Alf Olsen, of Flagler Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,010 square feet of living area.

Maritime Estates
Beneficial Florida Inc. sold the home at 33 Beachside Drive to William and Jan Ullrich, of Palm Coast, for $184,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,616 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Michael Giobbe and Susan Pikitch, of New York City, sold Unit 355 at 400 Cinnamon Beach Way to Robert Leatherman, of Chuluota, for $366,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold for $787,700 in 2005.

PALM COAST
Lehigh Woods
Mindi Scala sold the home at 9 Ritchie Place to Brenda Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It sold for $179,000 in 2006.

Cheddie and Bibi Goberdhan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Roxanne Lane to Jean Persaud, Guelph, Ontario, Canada, for $111,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,310 square feet of living area. It sold for $242,700 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Dominic and Frances DiGirolamo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Ferndale Lane to Joseph and Johanna Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,286 square feet of living area.

Numeriano and Soledad Gabriel, of Hillsdale, Ill., sold the home at 1 Florence Court to Sean and Georgiana Tyler, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,052 square feet of living area.

Richard Mazurowski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Cool Water Court to Terry Hooker and Ruth Mines, both of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Fannie Mae sold the home at 39 Pine Grove Drive to Alexander Teplyakov, of Palm Coast, for $102,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,145 square feet of living area. It sold for $187,000 in 2007.

Viktor and Tatyana Goldys, of Portland, Ore., sold the home at 38 Pine Croft Lane to John and Dorota Collingwood, of Kent, England, for $110,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,002 square feet of living area. It sold for $222,200 in 2006.

Pine Lakes
WMW Ampol Inc. sold the home at 12 Wayland Place to Michael and Kelly Mangaroo, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold for $176,400 in 2004.

Seminole Woods
Donald Moss and Myrna Moss sold the home at 33 Underwick Path to The Secretary of Veterans Affairs for $173,800. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It sold for $175,900 in 2006.

Shaira Abdul, of Clermont, sold the home at 49 Seathorn Path to Terry and Lillian Meade, of Palm Coast, for $83,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It sold for $201,400 in 2005.

Constantine Mukasa and Mary Sewell, of Boca Raton, sold the home at 20 Sedgwick Trail to Lynn and Donna Todd, of Palm Coast, for $125,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,877 square feet of living area. It sold for $212,900 in 2007.

Woodlands
Edward Pobiak and Thelma Chisholm sold the home at 138 Blare Castle Drive to Wayne and Susan Disbrow, of Palm Coast, for $81,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It sold for $75,000 in 2002.
