Salsa's Mexican Restaurant moves onto Old Kings

Of 123 permits issued last week, four marked new business occupancy.

A total of 123 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Sept. 8, and Wednesday, Sept. 14.

Four occupancy orders were issued: to A New Counseling LLC (at 50 Leanni Way), Smugglers Tobacco/Cigar Bar (110 Flagler Plaza Drive), Class A Graphics (11 Industry Drive) and Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant (6 Old Kings Road).

A $4,000 commercial permit was also issued to Philips Coastal Construction, for interior renovations to Styles Salon, on 7 Florida Park Drive.

A $429,825 commercial certificate of occupancy permit application was submitted to the city, as well, by RD Michaels Inc., for building, site and landscape permits for an AT&T building at 5180 State Road 100.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Coastal Reconstruction, for $35,000 interior alterations at 33 Lloshire Path.
