A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 22 to Aug. 26. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 682-H at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Ivette Cott, of Gainesville, for $560,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

Carl Mauney, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1527 Central Ave. S. to Steven and Tetyana Kuznicki, of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, for $280,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,904 square feet of living area.

Charles and Margaret Chantry, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 39 Bulow Woods Circle to Justin Cooper, of Flagler Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,851 square feet of living area. It sold for $280,000 in 2001.

Jerry Wilborn Jr. and Julia Wilborn, of Cummings, Ga., sold Unit 421 at 400 Canopy Walk Lane to Linda Padgett, of Palm Coast, for $167,800. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2005.

Elizabeth Nettuno, of Falls Church, Va., sold the home at 8 Eisenhower Place to Gobin and Jennifer Lalaram, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,597 square feet of living area.

Alex Alekseenko and Elena Khozina sold the home at 83 Edith Pope Drive to Alfred Phillips, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,520 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,600 in 2005.

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 33 Burning Ember Lane to Nancy Reed, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,548 square feet of living area.

Beniamin Iskhakov, of Rego Park, N.Y., sold the home at 28 Rickenbacker Drive to Debra Hirte, of Baldwin, N.Y., for $90,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It sold for $212,500 in 2005.

Moselie Prime, of Miami, sold the home at 8 Regis Lane to Michael and Yvonne Settles, of Longmont, Colo., for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,264 square feet of living area. It sold for $274,000 in 2006.

Mitchell Management Inc. sold the home at 12 Ranwood Lane to Gene Siebert, of Sioux Falls, S.D., for $113,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area. It sold for $113,100 in 2003.

Alexander and Vanessa Cruz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 82 Fleetwood Drive to Robert Clark, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet of living area. It sold for $57,000 in 1997.

Gary Trainor, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 74 Fort Caroline Lane to James and Candy Handel, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,900 square feet of living area. It sold for $190,000 in 2004.

Flagler Home Services Corp. sold the home at 2 Piccadilly Place to Lamar and Jaquelin Beale, of Palm Coast, for $111,200. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It sold for $179,100 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 35 Pitt Lane to Joseph and Allison Merritt, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,158 square feet of living area. It sold for $235,000 in 2007.

Lazaro Perez, of Pembroke Pines, sold the home at 49 Princess Dolores Lane to Paul Forster, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,249 square feet of living area.

Pamela Houri, of Palm City, sold the home at 3 Karl Court to Eric Meade, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,198 square feet of living area. It sold for $296,900 in 2005.

Alina Pekarsky, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Zorach Place to Jean Cunningham, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $246,900 in 2007.

Michael and Andrea Gergely, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Blare Castle Drive to William Vance, of Strafford, N.H., for $73,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It sold for $176,500 in 2006.
