A total of 94 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Sept. 1, and Wednesday, Sept. 7.

Three occupancy orders were issued, to Palm Coast Chiropractic (at 4883 Palm Coast Parkway), Community Partnership for Children (377 Palm Coast Parkway) and Lender Defense (201 Old Kings Road).

A $5,600 commercial permit was also issued to Paradise Landscaping, for landscaping, irrigation and site work at Coconuts Car Wash, at 6030 Old Kings Road.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Intervest Construction, for a $276,000 single-family home, at 21 Blue Oak Lane. The largest renovation permit was issued to Red Carpet Construction, for a $15,000 addition to 26 N. Waterview Drive.
