+ Holland achieves national recognition 
Mary Jane Holland, of Exit Realty First Choice, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. 

+ ICI to unveil new model home in Grand Haven
ICI Homes plans to unveil a new model home in September, at Wild Oaks at Grand Haven.

The Egret II model is a three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,969-square-foot single-family home.

Located on Willow Oak Way, the home is priced in the $300,000s. 

+ Green named top Watson producer for 10th year
Watson Realty Corp. recently issued a list of its company’s top producers, including two couples from Palm Coast: Kathy and Danny Green, and Ben and Marie Lane.

Since joining Watson Realty in 2000, Danny Green has made the list 10 times, including being recognized as Palm Coast’s top sales associate in 2009.

+ Supreme Steamer celebrates one-year
Supreme Steamer LLC, located in Office Divvy at 389 Palm Coast Parkway, will celebrate one year of business in Palm Coast with ribbon-cutting. The ceremony will take place 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 13.

+ Air purification business opens in Palm Coast
PuriTech, an air-purification company, was opened this summer. Laurent Alves started the company. With a background in real estate, Alves got the idea for the business when he noticed several homes contained unpleasant odors after they were left vacant for months. PuriTech systems treat bacterial and mold infestations through a portable ozone generator. Call 931-5085.

• A $354,000 permit was issued to Seagate Homes, for a single-family home at 67 Post View Drive.
• A $198,000 permit was issued to Seagate Homes, for a single-family home at 1 Parkway Drive.
• A $10,000 permit was issued to Mikzad Mehrdad, for an addition to 228 London Drive.
• An $8,000 permit was issued to Dacom Home Accents, for an addition to 15 Fayette Lane.
• A $6,300 permit was issued to Encompass Enclosures, for an addition to 83 Cimmaron Drive.
