A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 8 to Aug. 12. Flora Haselden and James Haselden, both of Palm Coast, sold Unit 602 at 19 Ave. De La Mer to George and Erin Logemann, of Naperville, Ill., for $570,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,340 square feet of living area. It sold for $869,300 in 2005.

FLAGLER BEACH
Palm Island
Thomas Wagner sold the home at 302 Palm Circle to Steven and Jennifer Freeman, of Flagler Beach, for $258,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,106 square feet of living area. It sold for $190,000 in 2000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Sidney and Sheila McLeod, of Fort Valley, Ga., sold the home at 51 San Carlos Drive to Roger and Kathleen Carlson, of Rice, Minn., for $198,250. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Kelli Lentine, of Ooltewah, Tenn., sold Unit 262-F at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Scott and Shannon Jungman, of Johnston, Iowa, for $405,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It sold for $754,000 in 2008.

Hammock Dunes
David Ellen, of Broomfield, Colo., sold Unit 103 at 195 Ave. De La Mer to Hammock Beach Circle LLC for $425,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.13 million in 2006.

PALM COAST
Avalon at Lehigh Woods
Rosemarie Fernicola and Matthew Longo sold the home at 38 Angela Drive to James May, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet of living area. It sold for $169,100 in 2008.

Belle Terre
Leonid Gutman, of Elmwood Park, N.J., sold the home at 61 Pacific Drive to Simon Gerzon, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,108 square feet of living area. It sold for $281,900 in 2007.

Galina Bogdan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 184 Parkview Drive to Vladimir and Sophia Moxson, of Hudson, Ohio, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,243 square feet of living area. It sold for $251,000 in 2005.

Thomas and Marian Mohrbacher, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Prairie Lane to Charles and Wanda Keller, of Oviedo, for $63,700. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,307 square feet of living area. It sold for $179,900 in 2005.

Canopy Walk
Mark Schoenbach, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 1432 at 1400 Canopy Walk Lane to Cathryn Demers, of Cumming, Ga., for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold for $276,600 in 2005.

Yefim Vasilevskly, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Eastmoor Lane to Olga Vinisky, of Cedarhurst, N.Y., for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,851 square feet of living area. It sold for $344,000 in 2005.

Grand Haven
Donald and Tamara Baker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Riverbend Drive to Peter and Lorene Comeau, of Andover, Mass., for $399,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,679 square feet of living area. It sold for $413,100 in 2004.

John and Linda Brown sold the home at 8 Shinnecock Court to Harrison and Cathleen McDonald, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,440 square feet of living area. It sold for $192,500 in 2002.

Indian Trails
Ted and Ada Matthews, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 60 Bracken Lane to Joyce Houck, of Palm Coast, for $78,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It sold for $209,900 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
David and Grisell Riveles, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Flaxton Lane to Doris Morales, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,569 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 94 Freeport Lane to James and Judith Belcastro, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It sold for $258,900 in 2005.

Pine Lakes
Pedro and Karen Groschopp, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Westrobin Place to Joshua Shotts, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,748 square feet of living area. It sold for $81,000 in 1991.

Virginia Reagan sold the home at 40 Weymouth Lane to John and Lessie Watson, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,131 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 96 Sloganeer Trail to Jeffrey Sauschuck and Danielle Herbert, both of Matamoras, Pa., for $137,500. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,785 square feet of living area.
