Ashley Roll adopted Chipper from Second Chance Rescue in 2009, when he was 4 months old.

Now, he is an 80-pound 2-year-old, who still thinks he is a puppy.

“What I love most about Chipper is that is he loves me no matter what I do,” Roll said. “No matter what is going on in my life or in his, he is excited to see me when I come home, and when everything else may feel like it is falling apart at times, I always have Chipper, my best friend.”
