Permit update: commercial development plans submitted

A total of 93 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Oct. 5 and Wednesday, Oct. 12.

Two technical-site-plan applications were submitted, one by Steve Dearing for interior/exterior remodeling of Kentucky Fried Chicken, and another by the Rev. Phil Auebner for two classroom portables at Christ the King Lutheran Church.

A development order was also issued to Manley Construction Sept. 23, for parking lot modifications at Florida Health Care.

A $6,000 permit application was issued to Elkins Construction, as well, for a two-story medical plaza at 120 Cypress Edge Drive.

No occupancy permits were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Paytas Homes, for a $236,868 single-family home at 155 Arena Lake Drive. The largest renovation permit was issued to Don Hardin Construction, for $18,500 in alterations to 8 Cole Place.
