Permit update: four claim occupancy in Palm Coast

Of 118 permits issued last week, four marked new business occupancy.

A total of 118 permits were issued through the city between Friday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 28.

An occupancy permit was issued to Jeff Mullinax, for Mullinax Auto Diesel 4X4, at 3 Market Place. Three other occupancy orders were issued, including one for Flagler Mental Health Center (at 145 Cypress Point Parkway), another for Sill & Associates/Eyeglass Repair (395 Palm Coast Parkway) and a last for Kiosk Operations — Wireless Phone (5100 State Road 100).

No commercial permits were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Olsen Custom Homes, for a $303,000 single-family home at 7 Turkey Oak Lane. The largest renovation permit was issued to Blue Crown Construction, for a $12,000 addition to 110 Foster Lane.
