Smalleys celebrate 72 years of love

Dolph and Evelyn Smalley celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary Oct. 24.

Both were born and raised in West Virginia, where Dolph was a social worker and Evelyn was an accountant. They moved to Ohio and then to Palm Coast, where they have lived for 36 years.
