A total of 79 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Nov. 9 and Wednesday, Nov 16.

Three occupancy permits were issued, including one to Hearing Works hearing-aid center (at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway), another to Dr. Tanam Ahmed’s Medical Office (60 Memorial Medical Parkway) and a last to Dr. Karen Theilade’s Medical Office (13 Kingswood Drive).

A commercial permit was also issued to Julie Raulerson, for Julie’s (Christmas) Tree Town at 1210 Palm Coast Parkway.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

Panera Bread submitted a $238,678 landscaping/site-development permit application, through Schmid Construction, as well, for its 5880 State Road 100 location. Tee Time Construction also submitted a $7,500 application for a Learning Local office, at 145 City Place.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Maronda Homes, for a $432,000 single-family home at 61 Selma Trail. The largest renovation permit was issued to Coverall Aluminum, for a $18,000 addition to 10 Blackwell Place.
