Second Chance Rescue raises funds for hurt Chihuahua

Second Chance Rescue is raising money for Tugger, a 2-year-old, four-pound Chihuahua.

The dog's owner stepped on him, cracked his pelvis and broke his leg, according to the shelter.

The shelter had a specialist repair the break, and he's now recovering in a foster home.

The total cost of the repair was $2,357.50, and the shelter still needs to raise close to $1,000.
