New nonprofit, framing gallery moves into town

A total of 102 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Nov. 3 and Wednesday, Nov. 9.

Two occupancy permits were issued, including one to Ronald and Marilou Kuetkemeyer, for Picture Perfect Frame & Gallery at 25 Palm Coast Parkway, and a second to Tranell Steward, for JUS4U Inc., a nonprofit at 339 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial certificates of occupancy were issued to Real Estate Service of PC (located at 7 Old Kings Road), E’lans Hair Studio (99 Old Kings Road) and Kings Great Wall Restaurant (7 Old Kings Road).

A $325,000 commercial permit application was also submitted by WR Construction, for Kingdom Hall House of Worship, at 1970 Old Kings Road.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Keystone Homes, for a $15,000 addition to 19 Piermount Lane. No construction permits for single-family homes were issued.
