A total of 109 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Oct. 27 and Wednesday, Nov. 2.
Commercial permits were issued to both Florida Health Care and Seafood Market, for alterations to their facilities. Florida Health Care’s permit was issued through Manley Construction, for $58,250. Seafood Market’s was issued through T-Con Group, for $1,200.
A $20,000 commercial site development permit was issued to Florida Health Care, as well, for parking lot modifications at 315 Palm Coast Parkway, by Ideal Homes at Palm Coast.
Ideal Homes at Palm Coast also submitted a $20,000 commercial permit application for Delicias De Portugal Bakery, at 25 Old Kings Road.
A technical-site-plan application was submitted Nov. 2 by Zev Cohen, for a new 4,510-square-foot building and parking lot at Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall. A capital improvement conceptual site plan application was also submitted Nov. 2 by Steve Flanagan, for an expansion of a city water treatment plant.
No occupancy permits were issued.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Paytas Homes, for a $211,000 single-family home at 151 Arena Lake Drive. The largest renovation permit was issued to J&M Carpentry of Bunnell, for a $31,000 addition to 10 Evans Drive.
