A total of 124 permits were applied for through the city between May 12 and May 18.

A commercial renovation permit was issued to Sunny Day Internet Café — through HMD Enterprises, at the cost of $27,000 — for interior renovations. Renovation permits were also issued to Wilson Gun, in St. Joe Plaza, and another for storefront repairs at 15 Palm Harbor Village Way.

One commercial certificate of occupancy was issued — to Sunshine Food Mart, at 220 Palm Coast Parkway NE.

Four residential permits for home additions were issued, also. As were two single-family residence permits — one for $347,000, on Willow Oak Way; and another, worth $400,000, on Scarlet Oak Way.
