+ Georgia Aquarium rebrands Marineland
Georgia Aquarium announced last week a rebranding strategy for its recent acquisition, the historic Marineland attraction and dolphin conservation center. The facility will now be called Marineland Dolphin Adventure.

“We have chosen our path for the future: interactive and engaging adventures,” said David Kimmel, president of Georgia Aquarium.

“We carefully considered the park’s distinguished character … and have invigorated it with a refreshed identity.

“We are confident that our new … branding will better convey the range of immersive experiences guests can look forward to when they visit Marineland Dolphin Adventure.”

Marineland Dolphin Adventure operates as an affiliate of Georgia Aquarium. A strategy for ongoing improvement of the historic coastal facility includes upgrades and additions to programs, partnerships and ticket offerings. Marineland was founded in 1938.

+ Open House Weekend welcomes thousands
The Flagler County Association of Realtors, Palm Coast-area real estate agents and their clients will be hosting joint open houses March 26 to March 27, as part of the second-annual Florida Open House Weekend.

There will be a panel discussion, titled “State of Real Estate,” at 9 a.m., March 26, at the association office, located at 4101 E. Moody Blvd., in Bunnell. Sponsored by the 115,000-member Florida Realtors, it’s the largest open-house weekend in the nation, offering buyers dozens of homes to tour while raising awareness of housing availability and pricing.
