A total of 118 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, June 9, and Wednesday, June 15.

Three commercial certificates of occupancy were issued, to Gold Coast Homes (4881 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.), Richard’s Natural Market Foodporium (236 Palm Coast Parkway N.E.) and Wilson’s Gun (226 St. Joe Plaza Drive).

An occupancy permit was also issued to what was only referred to as "Pharmacy," at 80 Pinnacles Drive.
