+ Realty Exchange opens office in Flagler Beach
Realty Exchange held a grand opening party for its new Flagler Beach office June 10, at 811 N. Oceanshore Blvd., across from the Flagler Pier. Realty Exchange also has offices in St. Augustine, Orlando and South Florida.

+ Women helping women: Membership drive begins
The Flagler County Business and Professional Women will hold a membership drive meeting 5:45 p.m. Monday, June 20, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Town Center. + Produce delivery service comes to Palm Coast
St. Augustine-based organics delivery service Local Fare now delivers to Palm Coast.

Delivering fresh, local produce to clients’ homes or offices, Local Fare now serves St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and Palm Coast, with pick-up locations available in Jacksonville.

Stocking what they call “farm bags” — recyclable bags filled with seasonal produce and herbs, plus recipes and storage tips — Local Fare offers weekly and biweekly delivery subscriptions.

+ ATEC Air and Heating authorized for guarantee
Representatives from Bryant Heating and Cooling announced June 6, that ATEC Air and Heating has qualified as a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer — a label which qualifies ATEC clients with a 100% satisfaction and service guarantee. 

The guarantee is a new cornerstone of the Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers program, and applies to all new product installments made by Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers. Fewer than 5% of heating/cooling contractors in thecountry are factory-authorized.

+ Mortgage veteran joins Community Mortgage
Steve Verrier, who worked for nine years as a mortgage broker for the recently closed EQ Financial, in Palm Coast, has moved his business license to Community Mortgage Solutions, at 1030 Palm Coast Parkway N.W. Community Mortgage Solutions has been established locally since 2004. Verrier has been a mortgage broker for 17 years.
