Imagine School to add covered sports court, accessory building

Permits for the covered sports court and new accessory building at the Imagine School came to a total of $100,000.

A total of 105 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, May 26, and Wednesday, June 1.

BRPH Construction Services was issued a $100,000 commercial permit for the construction of a covered sports court and new accessory building for the Imagine Charter School at the Town Center.

A $67,000 permit was also issued to Nialvi, Inc. for renovations to Kings Great Wall restaurant, on 7 Old Kings Road.

Occupancy permits was also issued to Scoops Ice Cream, at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway; God’s Family Bible Church, at 57 Town Court; Internet Café, at 1,000 Palm Coast Parkway; Alternative Rehab/Personal (Greg Harris), at 145 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite 201; and E. Reservation Group (Robert Helman), at 145 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite 202.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Maronda Homes, for a $398,000 addition to 109 Bird of Paradise Lane.
