Frantz Yves Joseph, a state official from Haiti, presented Dr. John Russell with a plaque for his assistance after the Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake in Port Au Prince, Haiti.
 

Russell repaired the fractured hip of Joseph when he was transported to Palm Coast after the earthquake.
