Hammock Dunes condo sells for $725,000

A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 27 to Dec. 31. Robert and Pamela Redisch, of Waterford, Mich., sold Unit 503 at 20 Porto Mar to David and Margaret Condit, of McLean, Va., for $725,000.

Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2004.

BUNNELL
Hildra Hall, of Bunnell, sold the home at 602 Church Street S. to Quadrant Residential Capital I LLC for $48,200. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 2004.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Barbara Patullo, of Branchburg, N.J., sold the home at 10 Parkview Drive to Larry Fournier, of Palm Coast, for $113,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,500 in 1987.

Ann Bestvina, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Pepper Lane to Kassandra Jenkins, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $96,000 in 1995.

Grand Haven
Francis and Mary Ryan sold the home at 1 Heron Court to Suzanne Howden, of Palm Coast, for $182,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,000 in 2002.

Lehigh Woods
Todd and Amanda Herold sold the home at 88 Raemoor Drive to George Holloway Jr. and Karrie Holloway, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,025 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2006.

Matanzas Woods
Jerry and Crystal Valentin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Lee Drive to Louis and Mayte Caronna, of Palm Coast, for $131,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,900 in 2007.

Robert Fatheree and Amanda Dobyns, of Lafayette, La., sold the home at 19 Ludlow Lane W. to Manuel and Maria Farinha, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $130,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2008.

Regions Bank sold Unit 964 at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way to John Woods, of Traverse City, Mich., for $205,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2004.

Pine Lakes
Lana Stein, of San Francisco, sold the home at 39 Wellwater Drive to Richard and Vang Bernard for $120,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,992 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Rebecca Nicholas sold the home at 175 Westhampton Drive to Walker Modlin, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,107 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2005.

James and Sharon Farmer sold the home at 29 Woodholme Lane to Douglas and Deborah Hough, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2002.

River Oaks
Brian Mullen, of Orrville, Ala., sold the home at 785 Lambert Ave. to Harry Williams and Karen Pastoriza, of Caugas, Puerto Rico, for $278,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,833 square feet of living area.

Mark Black and Carol and Anthony Bellantoni, all of Rochester, N.Y., sold the home at 10 Bristol Lane to Janet Sullivan and Peter Wentworth, of East Peoria, Ill., for $193,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Service Tree Place to Thomas Kelly, of Palm Coast, for $86,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,900 in 2005.

Boris Kotlyar, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 97 Universal Trail to Rene Toranzo and Concordia Toranzo, both of Shirley, N.Y., for $93,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,800 in 2005.

Berta Leyderman, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the home at 22 Sea Serpent Trail E. to Matthew and Stacey Graham, of Ormond Beach, for $121,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,600 in 2006.

Jeffrey and Helen Icardi sold the home at 8 Ulerleaf Court to Kathleen King, of Hallowell, Maine, for $77,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,000 in 2005.
