A home in the oceanside community of Beverly Beach tops the list of residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 28 to Dec. 2. James and Remona Baxley, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2716 Oceanshore Blvd. to Dennis and Courtney Nutter, of Flagler Beach, for $445,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,465 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Regions Bank sold the home at 511 Pine St. to Donald Pierce Jr. and Beth Pierce, of Bunnell, for $75,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,216 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $260,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Robert and Marianna Palumbo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1205 Lambert Ave. to Michael and Lynn French, of Flagler Beach, for $330,000. Built by the sellers in 2009, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,478 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Dennis and Courtney Nutter, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2204 Daytona Ave. S. to John and Janice Wilson, of Flagler Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $160,000.

Pebble Beach
Freddie Mac sold the home at 35 Pebble Beach Circle to Mark and Patricia Miller, of Geneva, for $125,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 938 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Plantation Bay
Patricia Myerson, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 1009 Lake Bridge Drive to Daniel and Linda Sheets, of Staunton, Va., for $330,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $323,700.

THE HAMMOCK
Cinnamon Beach
William and Patricia Snellings, of Atlanta, sold Unit 1025 to Allen and Karen Pollock, of Hebron, Conn., for $317,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $413,700.

Hammock Dunes
George and Elizabeth Everett, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 206 in Viscaya for $145,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $330,000.

PALM COAST
Indian Trails
Timothy and Carla Riley, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, sold the home at 9 Bayside Drive to Erin Peterson, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,391 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $212,000.

Geoffrey Davis, of Tierra Verde, sold the home at 104 Bayside Drive to John Kivlin, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,390 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $120,000.

Arch Bay Holdings LLC sold the home at 20 Brooklyn Lane to Cheri Donahue, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $248,600.

Gregory and Roberta Prince, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Burgundy Place to Kevin Fleck, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,412 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $71,000. The pool was added in 2000.

Paul Mullings, Peter Mullings, Karen Mullings and Phillip Mullings, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Brushwood Lane to Stella Warner, of Palm Coast, for $78,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Addralice Hamilton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Regency Lane to David and Anne Little, of Bronston, Ky., for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,970 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $135,000.

Michael and Kathleen Hull, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 65 Rose Drive to Mohammad Rana, of Oakdale, N.Y., for $60,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area.

Rafael Zakota, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 156 Rae Drive to Carlylse and Angela Cave, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,127 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $256,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 84 Rymshaw Drive to Thomas Concorde, of Palm Coast for $145,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,986 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $298,200.

Pine Grove
Adams Homes sold the home at 23 Pine Croft Lane to Michael and Kathy Kohn, of Montverde, for $150,000. Built by the seller in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area.
Yuriy and Yelena Staroverov, of Auburn, Wash., sold the home at 36 Praver Lane to Fiana Gerzon, of Palm Coast, for $112,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,398 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $223.400.

Oleg and Ella Rubinchikov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Pinwheel Lane to Alexander Orlov, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,865 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $299,000.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 19 Philmont Lane to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $64,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $172,000

P&L Property Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Pine Crest Lane to Clara Sousa, of Palm Coast for $122,000. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,994 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $252,500.

Pine Lakes
Douglas Yoshida, of Orlando, sold the home at 44 Wellstream Lane to Benigno and Terese Rodriguez, of New Bedford, Mass., for $178,000. Built by the seller in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,209 square feet of living area.

Virginia Fronda, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 75 Wentworth Lane to Sergii and Tetyana Miroshnichenko, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $100,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,323 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $95,300.

Philip Kolchev, of Warrington, Pa., sold the home at 17 Wagon Wheel Place to Yevgenia Tsyganovsky and Sergey Krupsky, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $101,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $257,500.

James and Kathryn Parker, of Seviereville, Tenn., sold the home at 23 Wood Haven Drive to Brian Finneran, of Palm Coast, for $172,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $220,000.

First Horizon Home Loans sold the home at 12 White Stone Place to Robert and Veronica Durrwachter, of Palm Coast, for $82,710. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $143,100.
