Deli, doctors, real estate office claim city occupancy

Of 107 permits issued last week, five marked new business occupancy.

A total of 107 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Dec. 7, and Tuesday, Dec 13.

Five occupancy permits were issued, to European Deli — The Best (at 160 Cypress Point); Physician Office — Advanced Sleep & Respiratory (50 Leanni Way); Almberg Clinics — Arrow Rehab (31 Lupi Court); First Flagler Land & Housing Inc. (55 Plaza Court); and Advance Gastroenterology Center (315 Palm Coast Parkway).

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Pool Captain Corp, for a $34,000 addition to 15 Ripple Place. No permits were issued for single-family homes.
