She said yes: Steup and Ripley engagement

Robin Steup, daughter of Dianne and Warren Steup, of Palm Coast, recently got engaged to Robert Ripley, son of Norman Ripley, of Holly Hill, and Sharon Gunn, of Palm Coast.

The engagement scene began when Riply surprised Steup at her work Oct. 24, with a stuffed bear.

She was a little miffed at him from the day before, so Steup responded to the bear by saying, “That’s not going to get you out of the dog house.”

At that, Ripley turned the bear to reveal the engagement ring that was attached and asked Steup to marry him.
She said yes.
