Golf course pro shops, restaurants claim occupancy

A total of 173 permits were issued through the city between Friday, Nov. 16 and Friday, Nov 30.

Of them, eight occupancy orders were issued. They are as follows: Rose’s Academy group home (4 Pittman Drive); Gentle Care Assisted Living Facility (27 Rollings Sands Drive); Café Brazil Bakery (9 Palm Harbor Village Way); Diamond Ultraviolet Sales and Marketing (396 Palm Coast Parkway); and Financial Auto Group Dealership (3 Market Place).

Two extras were issued to Pine Lakes Golf Course, for a retail shop and restaurant at 400 Pine Lakes Parkway, and another shop and restaurant at 54 Easthampton Blvd.

Two commercial permits, totaling more than $1.2 million, were issued to Panera Bread at 5880 State Road 100, as well, for the restaurant and its landscaping/development. Two others were also issued, one to Delicias De Portugal bakery for $20,000, and another to Internet Software learning facility for $7,500.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to both Maronda Homes and Saltwater Homes, for a $275,000 single-family homes at 57 Ulaturn Trail and 30 Egret Trail, respectively. The largest renovation permit was issued to SAT Development, for a $59,000 addition to 52 Bay Spring Place.
