A total of 82 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Aug 17, and Wednesday, Aug. 24.

Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued, one to Aaron’s Rental Store, at 229 St. Joe Plaza, and another to Christ the King Church, for four modular classroom buildings at 5625 N. U.S. 1.

A $230,000 commercial permit was also issued to ML Underwood Construction, for Metropolitan Health Partners at 21 Hospital Drive. Another $1,550 commercial permit was issued to Legacy Landscaping, for shuffleboard courts at 125 Captains Walk, in Marina Cove.

A development order was resubmitted for improvements to Holland Park, as well as a development order and a code assessment review for Panera Bread, on State Road 100.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $194,000 single-family home, at 47 Raintree Circle. The largest renovation permit was issued to Accent Development, for a $10,500 addition to 33 Roller Lane.
